Requirements
- 5 years of experience in accounts payable, vendor management, audit, or financial operations
- 2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills to interface with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Oversee daily execution of AP recovery audits, managing the audit lifecycle from data review to recovery follow-up
- Collaborate with client finance, procurement, and shared services teams to identify overpayments, duplicates, and missed credits
- Develop audit strategies using analytics and internal tools to identify cost recovery opportunities
- Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Communicate with vendors to resolve claims and maintain professional relationships
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for AP control improvements
- Partner with internal analytics and technology teams to optimize workflows and reporting
- Lead, coach, and support audit team members to meet quality standards and KPIs
