Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of formal Project Management experience.
- Experience managing projects from initiation through closure.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Strong experience with project planning, budgeting, risk management, change management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with MS Project and PMI/PMBOK standards.
- Ability to manage vendors, resources, contracts, project deliverables, and escalations.
- State government, regulatory, or public-sector experience is preferred.
- PMP, CSM, or LSSBB certification preferred.
- Graduate degree, MBA, MPH, or related qualification preferred.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a strong Level II Project Manager with experience in non-technology projects and/or core technology projects. Please prioritise candidates who can manage complex projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and work onsite in Oklahoma City at least three days per week.
