Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Managing Broker to lead and support our team in Castle Rock, CO. As the Managing Broker, you will oversee daily operations, provide mentorship and training to agents, ensure compliance with real estate regulations, and assist with client transactions. You will cultivate a culture of collaboration and professionalism, ensuring both our agents and clients receive exceptional service. This is an on-site role requiring a combination of leadership, real estate expertise, and strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills, agent coaching, team management, and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of real estate laws, contract compliance, and industry best practices
- Strong client-focused skills, including client support and conflict resolution
- Experience with transaction management, market analysis, and strategic planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Active real estate broker license in the state of Colorado
- Proficiency in real estate management software and technology tools
- Proven ability to work on-site and support a growing and dynamic team
- Prior experience as a managing broker or team lead in the real estate industry is preferred
