This is a hybrid role designed for a producing loan officer who wants to continue originating loans while also playing a leadership role in mentoring, coaching, and developing other loan officers.
This position is built for a high-performing mortgage professional who wants to increase overall impact and production without stepping away from their personal book of business. The Mortgage Team Leader will remain actively involved in day-to-day loan origination while helping guide and support loan officers through sales strategy, follow-up, and performance growth.
In this role, you will have access to hundreds of established real estate relationships and thousands of inbound mortgage leads each month generated through Realtor.com and Zillow, providing strong support for both personal production and team success. The role combines hands-on production with leadership, allowing the Mortgage Team Leader to lead by example, drive team momentum, and contribute to a collaborative, performance-focused lending environment built around loan officer growth.
Candidates must be licensed in New Hampshire or Massachusetts to be considered.
Compensation: $100,000 - $135,000 at plan earnings
