We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mortgage Team Leader to help scale and grow our lending platform. This is a hybrid role designed for a producing loan officer who wants to continue originating loans while also leading, mentoring, and developing other loan officers.
This position is ideal for a high-performing Mortgage Loan Officer, Branch Manager, or Sales Manager who is looking to scale production, build a team, and expand leadership responsibilities without stepping away from personal production.
The Mortgage Team Leader will be responsible for supporting loan officer performance, coaching on sales and process, and helping drive overall team growth. You will maintain your own book of business while playing a key role in developing newer loan officers.
You will have access to company-generated and purchased leads, including Zillow and Realtor.com leads, to support both personal production and team success.
Qualifications include prior experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or mortgage leadership role, a proven track record of loan production, and the ability to coach and motivate others in a fast-paced environment. Active or eligible NMLS license required.
