NextGen Mortgage is growing, and we're looking for motivated, licensed Mortgage Loan Officers who want more opportunities to produce and grow their business.

We provide access to thousands of inbound mortgage opportunities through Zillow, Realtor.com, and established real estate partnerships, along with the technology, training, and operational support to help you succeed.


What We Offer
  1. Inbound Leads: Zillow, Realtor.com, Facebook campaigns, and other company-generated opportunities.
  2. Established Realtor Partnerships: Hundreds of real estate relationships and referral opportunities.
  3. AI-Powered CRM: Automated follow-up, lead management, and modern mortgage technology.
  4. Training Mentorship: Hands-on coaching from experienced mortgage professionals.
  5. Operational Support: Dedicated processing and support to help you close more loans.
  6. Multiple Loan Programs: Conventional, FHA, VA, DSCR, down payment assistance, manufactured homes, and more.
  7. Leadership Opportunities: Grow into a Team Leader role with the potential to earn up to 20 bps in mentor compensation on eligible team production.

What We're Looking For
  1. Active Mortgage Loan Originator license (NMLS) in MA and/or NH — required.
  2. Mortgage lending experience preferred.
  3. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  4. Motivated, responsive, and committed to growing production.
  5. Comfortable working with inbound leads and CRM technology.

Position Details

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Work Location: Hybrid – Home and office flexibility

Compensation: Commission-based with additional earning opportunities.

Schedule: Flexible
