Senior Business Analyst Oracle Payroll
Seeking a hands-on Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle HCM, especially Oracle Payroll. The role requires deep involvement in implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and hypercare support, going beyond traditional BA responsibilities.
Key Requirements:
- 7 years in Oracle HCM implementations
- Strong expertise in Oracle Payroll (mandatory), Core HR, OTBI, HDL/HSDL
- Hands-on experience in configuration & troubleshooting
- Proven experience in implementation and post-go-live support
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
- Experience in consulting/managed services (preferred)
Core Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and drive business & technical requirements
- Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams
- Support end-to-end delivery across SDLC, including issue resolution
- Collaborate with global teams and mentor peers
