Inspiration Global is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Payroll implementations, reporting, and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
- Fix and troubleshoot Payroll scripts and implementation issues
- Provide post-go-live (hypercare) support
- Develop and maintain OTBI reports and HCM reports
- Perform HDL / HSDL data loads
- Support Core HR and Payroll modules
- Work on system enhancements, issue resolution, and ongoing support
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years of Oracle HCM experience (Techno-Functional)
- Strong expertise in:
- Oracle Payroll (Mandatory)
- Core HR
- OTBI Reporting
- HDL / HSDL data loads
- Hands-on experience with:
- Configuration & troubleshooting
- Payroll implementations
- Hypercare / post-go-live support
- Ability to work across functional and technical areas
- Experience in fast-paced, complex environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Recent Oracle Payroll implementation experience
- Background in consulting or managed services environments
