Your Impact Day-to-Day
- Prepare orders by picking, packing, labeling, and sorting products accurately.
- Move materials to keep production and warehouse operations running smoothly.
- Follow work instructions and conduct basic quality checks.
- Own the 5S: keep your station safe, clean, and organized.
- Contribute to team goals for safety, quality, and productivity.
What You Bring
- Reliable attendance and ability to commit to the confirmed first-shift schedule.
- Ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Safety-first mindset and readiness to learn processes.
- Experience in warehouse, production, packaging, fulfillment, or retail stockroom is helpful but not required.
- No forklift license needed unless a later assignment specifically requires one.
