A full-time, temp-to-hire role in Fairfield, Ohio, where you’ll support both production and warehouse operations for Next Gen HR Solutions.
Where and when would I work?
- Location: Fairfield, Ohio
- Shifts and pay: First Shift is $15 per hour. Second Shift is $16 per hour.
- Availability: Second-shift roles are open now. Exact workdays and start/end times will be confirmed during screening.
What would I do every day?
- Pick, pack, label, and sort products for shipment.
- Move materials to keep production running smoothly.
- Follow work instructions and complete basic quality checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet safety, quality, and output goals.
What do I need to succeed?
- Consistent, reliable attendance—especially for second shift.
- Ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety and quality procedures.
- Experience in warehouse, production, packaging, fulfillment, or a fast-paced retail stockroom is helpful, not required.
