What You'll DoLead the Kitchen- Partner with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop Back-of-House team members to build a strong, high-performing culture.
- Help create an organized, positive, and accountable work environment.
- Ensure every dish meets the highest standards for quality, consistency, presentation, and execution.
- Maintain exceptional food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and kitchen organization.
- Support a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, food cost controls, and labor efficiency.
- Help execute prep, production, and service to ensure smooth, high-volume operations.
- Work alongside the Executive Chef to achieve operational and financial goals.
- 2 years of culinary leadership experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar role.
- Experience in a high-volume, scratch kitchen environment preferred.
- Passion for food quality, consistency, and hospitality.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and positive in a fast-paced environment.
