Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the coffee concept
- Manage and train staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Maintain inventory and ensure proper stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor financial performance and report on key metrics
- Collaborate with marketing to promote the coffee brand
- Foster a welcoming environment for customers and staff
- Experience in QSR Restaurants as a General Manager
- Drive Through experience is required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in inventory management and financial reporting
- Knowledge of coffee products and trends is preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
