RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engineer has to perform validation of network devices
  • Plan and write test cases, execute test cases
  • Report defects, troubleshoot issues, attend status calls and defect calls.
  • Perform cloud-based API and router testing
  • Conduct regular QA cycles for new hardware releases
  • Develop Python scripts for test automation

SKILLS

  • Automation testing including API testing
  • Python scripting
  • Wireless experience testing wireless routers or gateways
  • Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, IPv6, and Port Forwarding (NAT/PAT).
