📍 Location: Plano, TX (100% onsite – 5 days/week)

rOur client is seeking a Systems Administrator to support the implementation and ongoing administration of a new ServiceNow ticketing platform, replacing/augmenting their current Remedy environment. This is a highly operational role with a strong emphasis on IT Service Management (ITSM) processes

.Key Responsibilitie

• sSupport the rollout and administration of the ServiceNow platform
• .Manage and support ITSM processes, including
• :Incident Managemen
• tProblem Managemen
• tChange Managemen
• tService Request Managemen
• tCollaborate with operations, engineering, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required Qualification

• sStrong, hands-on ServiceNow experience, specifically within ITSM environments
• .Experience supporting enterprise ticketing systems in call center or operations support environments
• .Solid understanding of IT service management best practices
• .Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical teams

.Preferred Qualification

• sTelecommunications industry experience is highly preferred
• .Experience with network products and technologies is a strong plus
• .Knowledge of 5G network infrastructure is highly desirable
• .Candidates currently working with ServiceNow in telecom environments are strongly preferred
• .Candidates from major telecom providers such as Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Dish Wireless, or similar organizations will be given priority
