Field Performance Advisor (Implementation Management) – Cleveland, OH
We are seeking an experienced Field Performance Advisor (FPA) to support telecom network deployment and supplier performance initiatives in the Cleveland market. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in telecom construction, field operations, supplier management, and wireless deployment projects.
The FPA will work directly with suppliers and construction teams to improve site quality, safety compliance, operational efficiency, and overall project performance. This position involves regular field visits, KPI analysis, root-cause troubleshooting, supplier coaching, and collaboration with project and construction management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve supplier performance metrics including cycle time, build quality, COP first-time-right, and safety compliance
- Conduct site visits and identify process improvement opportunities
- Support construction teams with site access, customer meetings, and drawing validation
- Drive operational improvements and standardization across projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to improve delivery performance
Required Experience:
- 7 years of telecom or wireless construction experience
- Strong knowledge of telecom construction processes including Civils, Ground, L&A, Backhaul, and Maintenance work
- Experience managing general contractors and supplier performance
- Strong understanding of telecom safety and quality standards
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Previous experience supporting T-Mobile, Ericsson, Verizon, or Nokia projects is highly preferred
