About the Role
We are seeking a Wireless Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of telecom infrastructure projects, including macro cell sites, small cells, and network deployments. This role is responsible for managing projects from pre-construction and site development through construction and closeout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
This is a hands-on role working closely with internal teams, vendors, and field crews to drive successful project execution.
What You’ll Do
- Manage wireless infrastructure projects from planning through construction and final closeout
- Coordinate with site acquisition, engineering, and permitting teams to ensure readiness for construction
- Oversee vendors, subcontractors, and construction crews, ensuring work is completed on time and within scope
- Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Lead weekly status meetings and drive accountability across all project participants
- Review and approve change orders, invoices, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with client standards, safety regulations, and permitting requirements
- Support issue resolution and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in wireless telecom project management
- Experience with macro cell sites, new site builds, or network deployments
- Strong understanding of site acquisition, permitting, and construction processes
- Experience managing vendors and subcontractors
- Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., SiteTracker, Smartsheet, Excel, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working with major carriers like Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile
- Familiarity with tower companies such as Crown Castle or American Tower

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
