What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at NextGen Global Resources?
Contract - $25-32/hr
Health, Dental, Vision 401K
- Must be able to work Monday -Thursday in the Miramar, FL office / Friday Remote
- Work will be all office work, no travel to field sites
- Start at 7:30a until 4 or 4:30 depending on 30 min or 1 hour lunch
- Needs someone Excel savvy who can create reports and create Pivot tables.
- Looking for someone with strong data tracking skills.
- Easily learns new soft tools, proficient in Excel, etc.
- Must have construction experience.
- Needs to be punctual
- Someone who can learn from day 1 and continue to build from there
- Will be taught P2 - so anyone who can work in any computer system it can be picked up quickly wants someone willing to learn and get better every day
Scope of Project
- The construction coordinator is responsive for job creation workflow and milestone management of construction projects as well as administrative quality control of jobs
- Manage & Track Milestones
- Create jobs in JT/Polaris
- Issue Jobs to design
- Manage job through full lifecycle updating milestones in JT/Polaris
- Handle exceptions to the life cycle SLAs
- Reconcile jobs (office)
- Liaise with Stakeholders
- Point of contact for all internal comcast cross functional groups including BOC, CPM, FPM, and sales
- Provide reporting for next level management
- Identify Resources
- Create and approve funding request
- Material management and reconciliation
- Research contracts and agreements
- Manage funding request/purchase order
- Responsible for job estimate(finance)
- Manage and Analyze Quality control Flow
- Manage quality control workflow
- Validate that the field quality control is performed
- Pull reports/provide feedback based on analysis of reports
- Interact with other roles, including specialists and permit coordinators to ensure all milestones have been closed
- Conduct admin and Milestone Quality Control
- Follow admin QC checklist (materials, invoice, pictures, footages)
- Validate permit is closed
- Final invoice milestone is set
- Ensure all milestones are updated
