Leasing Admin Support
Location: Alaska - Remote
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week (Monday–Friday, Flexible within Alaska business hours)
Contract Position
We are seeking an experienced Leasing Admin Support professional with a strong background in real property and wireless contract administration. This role supports lease administration activities, contract documentation, compliance, and cross-functional project coordination in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process lease documentation and coordinate with landlords and internal teams.
- Prepare lease abstracts for various real property agreements.
- Maintain accurate contract records and supporting documentation.
- Update online contract management systems and lease tracking databases.
- Support project teams to ensure lease compliance.
- Participate in weekly project meetings.
- Review and redline construction drawings.
- Generate reports and provide updates to management.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in real property and wireless contract administration.
- Experience with lease administration and contract management.
- Strong knowledge of real property and telecommunications contracts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Experience using online contract management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Site Acquisition Agent experience.
- Experience with Cherwell and Bluebeam.
- Experience reviewing construction drawings.
