T-Mobile’s Learning & Development team is hiring a hands-on Instructional Designer / LMS Admin to manage ongoing course updates, eLearning development, and LMS administration in a fast-moving corporate environment.What You’ll DoBuild and update eLearning using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)Redesign existing training to improve clarity and engagementUpload, assign, and manage courses in the LMS/CMSCreate and monitor assignment groupsTroubleshoot LMS issues and respond to learner ticketsPartner with stakeholders and other learning admins on timelines and communicationsWhat We’re Looking For7 years of instructional design and project-based learning experienceStrong LMS administration experience (OnPoint preferred; Cornerstone, SumTotal, Docebo, Litmos OK)Expert with Articulate Storyline & RiseKnowledge of adult learning theory (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with changing prioritiesBachelor’s degree requiredNice to HaveCorporate or tech environment experienceGlobal or multi-language learning programsProject management or LMS certificationsWhy This RoleHigh-visibility work used at scaleMix of creative design system ownershipCollaborative, fast-paced team
