Financial Analyst III – Canonsburg, PA (Hybrid) Location: Canonsburg, PA Client: Leading Telecommunications Infrastructure Company⏰ Shift: 8 hours per day (Hybrid – In office Tue–Thu; Remote Mon & Fri)Overview:We are seeking a Financial Analyst III to support our client’s national small cell utility reconciliation project. This role focuses on analyzing and reconciling utility expenses, identifying billing opportunities, and developing financial reporting tools to enhance business insights and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Compile and analyze financial and operational data to support expense recovery and billing efforts.Develop and maintain financial models, tools, and dashboards for real-time analytics.Monitor variances, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights to management.Conduct variance analysis and prepare detailed explanations.Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.Collaborate across departments to align financial reporting with business goals.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).3–5 years of experience in a financial analyst or accounting role.Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking ability.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
