Location: United States (Travel Required – 70% )
Primary Project Sites: North Carolina, Northern Indiana, Central Ohio, Southeast Michigan (Detroit), Pittsburgh, Charlotte
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Scheduler to support large-scale construction projects across multiple U.S. locations. In this role, you will work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules throughout the full project lifecycle.
This position requires strong scheduling expertise, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules from planning through construction
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Define schedule logic, constraints, and activity durations
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates
- Analyze schedule impacts due to delays or scope changes
- Participate in project meetings and present schedule reports
- Ensure proper sequencing and coordination of construction activities
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in construction scheduling
- Experience supporting $50M projects
- Background in construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or energy projects
- Strong experience with:
- Microsoft Project
- Primavera P6 (P6 = Primavera Project Planner)
- Bluebeam
- Ability to analyze and report scheduling data
- Willingness to travel extensively (70% across the U.S.)
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and passport
