The Customer Service Associate is responsible for assessing individual customer needs, recommending appropriate Telecommunication products or services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish. The Customer Service Associate will consistently demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge.
Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service by evaluating customer needs in person and recommending ideal Telecommunication products or services.
- Accurately complete transactions while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
- Clearly explain promotions, pricing, and service options to help customers make informed decisions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell Telecommunication services or products that enhance the customer’s overall experience.
- Stay informed about current Telecommunication offerings and industry trends to better serve customers.
- Maintain a solution-oriented approach in all customer interactions as a Customer Service Associate.
- Learn how to interview, train, and support new team members through mentorship from senior Customer Service Associates.
Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- A commitment to professionalism in every customer interaction.
