🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Represent our client through our short-cycle, face-to-face sales program
• Help small businesses & consumers solve real problems
• Master and execute our proven sales process
• Deliver exceptional results in both sales volume and quality
• Manage customer onboarding and retention in your territory
• Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
• Work with senior leaders to scale a regional team
• Coach and develop top performers around you
• Uphold an elite sales culture on the field
• Commit to ongoing personal development and leadership training
• Travel for new launches and national events

📝 Requirements:

✔ Background in competitive sports (collegiate, semi-pro, or high-level individual sports)

✔ Coachable, ambitious, and ready to grind

✔ Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, in-office

✔ Authorized to work in the U.S.
