Looking for a fun, active job where you can spend your days outdoors, meet people from around the world, and work around boats and water sports?
Las Olas Paddle Boards, Boats & Kayaks is hiring friendly, energetic, and dependable team members to help with our daily boat rental and water sports operations.
This is a great opportunity for college students, recent graduates, or anyone looking for a hands-on job in a fun waterfront environment.
No boating experience required — we'll provide training!
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be involved in a little bit of everything, from helping customers at the front desk to getting boats ready for their next adventure.
Guest Experience & Front Desk
- Welcome guests and help them feel comfortable and excited about their experience.
- Assist with reservations, check-ins, payments, and customer questions.
- Explain our different activities and help guests choose the right experience.
- Answer phones and assist with daily scheduling.
- Help create a friendly, organized, and memorable customer experience.
Waterfront & Rental Operations
- Assist guests with boarding and returning rental boats.
- Provide basic instructions and safety information.
- Prepare, clean, and organize boats, paddleboards, and kayaks.
- Assist with docking, fueling, and general waterfront operations.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or boating experience is helpful but not required.
Schedule & Availability
- Monday–Friday, approximately 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Weekends also available.
- Part-time and potentially full-time opportunities.
- Flexible weekday scheduling — you don't necessarily need to be available all five days.
- Approximately 20–35 hours per week, depending on availability and business needs.
- Additional hours may be available.
- Daytime shifts with no late-night work.
