While the day-to-day production tasks are straightforward and routine, we view this position as a launchpad. We love to promote from within. For a self-starter who proves they can run an efficient station, this role offers a clear pathway to move up into advanced warehouse positions, design, or team leadership.
What You Will Do
Power Up Production: Efficiently operate our ShopSabre CNC router to precision-cut custom cabinet parts.
Finishing Touches: Run cut parts through the edgebander to ensure a flawless finish.
Stay Active: Load and unload large sheets of material (this is a manual labor role that keeps you moving!).
Own Your Station: Keep your machinery tuned up, your workspace clean, and safety a top priority.
