Fund Finance Associate

An Investment Management Firm based in New York City is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Fund Finance Associate.

Responsibilities:

• Support oversight of finance, leverage, and treasury functions across multiple investment vehicles and funding structures
• Manage borrowing base calculations for various leverage facilities and banking relationships
• Assist in liquidity forecasting and planning alongside trade execution and capital budgeting processes
• Process and analyze portfolio data within the firm's data warehouse
• Review and analyze monthly compliance reporting and related calculations tied to leverage facilities
• Support investor reporting and ongoing portfolio data management
• Assist in the quarter-end valuation process
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in asset management, capital markets, or loan servicing/facility compliance
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
• Strong knowledge of credit and direct lending
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Effective multitasker who thrives under pressure and meets tight deadlines
• Resourceful, proactive, and collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills
• Motivated with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
