A Financial Services Firm based in New York City is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Fund Finance Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee compliance with credit facility terms, including ongoing borrowing base requirements.
- Partner with Legal and Business Development on new fund pipeline activity and investor inquiries.
- Source and evaluate term sheets for new opportunities.
- Manage amendments and refinancing activities to ensure alignment with current market terms.
- Oversee existing asset warehousing arrangements.
- Coordinate with operations teams on facility closings and ongoing daily monitoring.
- Analyze and compare leverage across funds to ensure target levels are achieved.
- Review fund investments for eligibility within asset-backed facilities.
- Lead the loan approval process in coordination with lenders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline.
- 1–7 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with credit facilities and/or collateralized loan obligations (CLOs).
- Knowledge of bank loans and lending structures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Salary : $120,000 - $135,000
