EverBright is seeking a well-qualified candidate who is passionate about driving the clean energy revolution by building a best-in-class residential financing program. As a Training Specialist at EverBright, you will be asked to:
- Develop and design engaging training programs, content, activities, and lessons for EverBright’s installer base
- Support various business units with the planning and implementation of new training materials
- Create training programs and content for multiple learning environments
Job Overview
This position will be responsible for managing installer onboarding and ongoing training. This role will require gaining a deep understanding of the residential solar financing industry and applying this knowledge to facilitate training support for our partners.
Job Duties
- Deliver hands-on, instructor led, and virtual training sessions for groups of various sizes
- Work with internal stakeholders and clients in the ongoing development of training programs to consistently improve our quality and customer/partner satisfaction
- Create training agendas
- Ensure all training materials are up to date with most current revisions
- Measure and improves learning outcomes of training programs
- Develop assessment and testing processes for use during training classes
- Manage training calendar and work closely with stakeholders to support training requests
- Maintain expert level knowledge of our products, requirements, and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong knowledge of the residential solar financing space
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with proven ability to successfully deliver and communicate complex technical training
- Travel 50-75%
- The skills to implement and manage scalable processes
- A positive attitude and are passionate about operations
- The ability to work independently, as well as work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
Job Overview
Employees in this role are responsible for the identification of gaps and training needs for employees. This position ensures regulatory and compliance training requirements are met by developing training materials and coordinate training initiatives with Care Center personnel and vendors.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Facilitates training and professional development programs for the business unit and vendors
- Tracks training performance metrics and coordinates training initiatives
- Partners with key stakeholders to conduct individual or team performance analyses, identify gaps and determine training needs
- Manages multiple projects by assessing, planning, organizing, monitoring and evaluating training
- Demonstrates and promotes safety and procedure compliance to achieve error free results by all students
- Travels occasionally
- Supports the business unit’s Business Continuity Plan
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned

- Experience: 5 years
