Position Specific Description
NextEra Energy is seeking a practiced attorney to join its finance legal team with experience in project and corporate finance, including secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, non-recourse portfolio financings, tax equity transactions , mezzanine financings, restructurings, and capital markets transactions. This position will provide legal support primarily related to complex renewables portfolio financings, including project financings , joint venture structured equity transactions , and tax equity transactions, and potentially corporate financings, and play a n integral role in drafting, negotiating, and providing transactional assistance to internal clients.
*Position could be located in the following locations: Juno Beach, FL , or Washington, DC *
