Position Specific Description
Employees in this role will provide an enhanced level of support for the Landowner Services team and project Landowners. This role requires researching and identifying solutions to resolve landowner issues and concerns throughout the life of the land agreement process. This team member will assist with gathering data for analytics and metrics in addition to interacting with internal and external business partners. The team member in this role will also answer live phone calls, oversee the shared email inbox, handle mail merges/mass mailings, among other administrative tasks. As we continue to grow we are looking for individuals who are customer focused, organized, team oriented, flexible and embrace change. Additional job responsibilities as needed.
