The Junior RF/Electrical Engineer provides direct technical support to the Program Office on RF and Electronic Warfare (EW) systems. This role assists in the design, integration, testing, and evaluation of RF-based technologies, including systems related to UAS, Counter-UAS (C-UAS), and Radio-Controlled Improvised Explosive Device (RCIED) mission sets. The engineer will work under the guidance of senior engineers and contribute to technical documentation, system testing, and communications infrastructure integration.

- Key Responsibilities** (*Essential Functions)
- Assist senior engineers in design, integration, and testing of RF, radar, and sensor systems
- Support RF propagation modeling and spectrum analysis activities
- Conduct and support RF testing using spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and diagnostic equipment
- Assist with integration of communications infrastructure (fiber optics, ethernet, microwave systems)
- Support evaluation and integration of technologies for UAS, C-UAS, and RCIED mission sets
- Prepare and contribute to technical briefings, reports, and documentation
- May provide technical guidance to analyst
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required with ability to obtain a CI Poly, active CI Poly candidates will have preference
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field from an ABET-accredited program required
- Masters or Doctorate in Electrical Engineering preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in RF systems, testing, or related engineering disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience with RF propagation modeling and spectrum analysis
- Minimum 5 years of experience integrating sensor systems including visual/IR cameras, radar, and RF systems related to UAS, C-UAS, and RCIED
- Minimum 5 years of experience in testing and evaluation, system design, and requirements development for complex technical systems
- Experience supporting installation, testing, and maintenance of fixed and mobile UAS, C-UAS, or RCIED systems
- Experience deploying and integrating systems at domestic or overseas facilities Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience developing Human-Machine Interface (HMI) requirements for system control and situational awareness
- Experience developing or integrating Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning capabilities
- Prior military experience
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well independently or as part of a team

- This position may involve travel to government test sites, training ranges, and operational locations, including potential OCONUS destinations for short periods of time.
