Responsibilities
- Conduct pest inspections at client locations to identify issues and determine appropriate treatment plans
- Apply pest control treatments using various methods and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and chemicals used
- Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and answer any questions regarding treatments
- Operate hand tools & power tools safely and effectively during service visits
- Drive company vehicle to different job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Follow all safety procedures related to the handling of chemicals and equipment
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with environmental regulations
Experience
- No prior pest control experience necessary; training will be provided for all technical aspects of the role
- Experience in sales is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are highly valued
- Willingness to learn new skills related to pest management and property maintenance
