You will lead product-led growth efforts to improve discovery-to-conversion experiences and directly impact revenue and user engagement. You will work cross-functionally with growth, SEO/GEO, and engineering stakeholders to define merchandising, personalization, and experimentation strategies. This is an onsite role in San Francisco, CA.

• Lead product-led growth (PLG) initiatives across discovery, evaluation, and purchase flows
• Define and execute custom merchandising strategies and intent-driven shopping experiences
• Build and optimize AI-powered personalization and recommendation systems
• Use experimentation and data analysis to improve funnel performance and conversion rates
• Collaborate with SEO, GEO, growth, and cross-functional teams to translate inbound traffic into high-performing experiences
• Manage product lifecycle and coordinate cross-functional delivery to meet ambitious goals

• 3 years of product management experience
• Strong background in PLG, e-commerce, or growth platforms
• Proven track record of improving conversion and optimizing funnels
• Experience with data-driven personalization and experimentation
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML tools and applying AI in product workflows
• BA/BS or equivalent experience (MBA preferred)

• 6-10 years of product management experience (as noted in preferred education/experience)

$68.80 - $86.00/hour
