Responsibilities
The Technician and Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for all shipments, inventory tracking and ordering of product replenishment as well as on-site IT support for corporate employees
How You Will Make An Impact
The Technician and Warehouse Coordinator supports the organization with IT setup and troubleshooting needs at our corporate location as well as keeping equipment par levels, accurate fixed asset inventory, providing feedback on efficiency opportunities and vendor compliance.
Essential Education, Experience And Skills
Education: Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent. Skills: Technical computer skills including Hardware and software troubleshooting in a Windows environment. Must be organized, able to lift and carry over 50lbs, work in a dynamic environment and be proficient with Windows OS and Office 365 apps.
Experience: At least 3 years of combined experience in IT support, order fulfillment and shipping is required.
Skills: Technical computer skills, organizational skills. Able to work independently and have good communication skills.
Valued But Not Required Education, Experience And Skills
Education: Associate degree or BS
Experience: Demonstrated long term and successful computer hardware and software troubleshooting as well as successful inventory control.
Skills: Able to collaborate with other departments and employees. Has strong verbal and written communication skills.
