- Manifest shipments in MSC USA systems based on instructions received from various parties.
- Transmit EDI files to necessary entities and partners as specified by USCBP rules/regulations and internal procedures.
- Perform manifest amendments and ensure all necessary parties are aware of the amended data.
- Handle communications received by the department for resolution.
- Presence required on‑site 5 days per week
- Perform other duties as required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- English: advanced
- Strong attention to details
- Organized, efficient, and able to manage time effectively
- Strong customer service mindset, focused, and responsive
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Great team player
- Knowledge of MS Office with the ability to learn new software
- Prior experience in Import/export documentation, transportation, or logistics customer service experience, preferably ocean import documentation experience preferred.
