Position Overview
The Maintenance Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients. This role combines client relationship management, account growth, sales, and operational support to ensure exceptional service and long-term client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in horticulture and landscape management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of maintenance accounts.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Prepare scopes of work, proposals, and project timelines.
- Conduct property inspections and site audits.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Review project performance and profitability.
- Maintain accurate client records and project documentation.
- Assist with collections and overdue invoices.
- Promote a culture of professionalism, positivity, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of landscape account management or related client-facing experience.
- Strong knowledge of local plant materials, turf, irrigation, and common landscape issues.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with computer systems; Aspire experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude with a servant-leadership mindset.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
