Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned businesses and as a resource to address any gaps between customer expectations and delivery of services.
- Generate portfolio-enriching sales that support company growth using up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships through frequent contact and exceeding customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure growth and client retention.
- Interact and coordinate with Production Managers in various departments to convey client expectations and site challenges.
- Effectively communicate the value of bids, focusing on the benefits and expected outcomes.
- Proactively coordinate and communicate with production staff to ensure the timely and successful delivery of company solutions while balancing customer needs and company goals.
- Oversee year-round site management of assigned client portfolio, including snow and ice management as required.
- Create custom solutions for your assigned portfolio that fit their needs and budget.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Assist with property enhancement proposals.
- Nurture all client relationships at the highest level.
