Duties
- We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This role is responsible for reviewing and organizing paperwork, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and correct errors or missing information
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and/or digital)
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
- Communicate with team members regarding documentation updates or corrections
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and stay focused
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Pay: $16.00 per hour
