LOCATION: Houston, TX
POSITION REPORTS TO: Oilfield Services Manager
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday. Hours TBD. Some overtime and some weekends may be required.
WAGES: Hourly. Commensurate with skills and experience

Responsibilities
- Collect paperwork to initiate billing cycle
- Organize and sort paperwork
- Verify and validate data
- Input fuel data from paperwork into SAP for billing
- Cross train in billing and customer service
- Maintain and handle a group e-mail box
- Maintain Group Spreadsheets
- Monitor and follow up on paperwork email correspondence
- Communicate effectively with drivers and management
- Research to resolve paperwork issues
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an office environment
- Locals only (must live within 60 miles)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook programs
- Intermediate mathematical skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and effective time management skills
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines
- Flexibility to come in early or stay late when necessary
- Ability to work well with others in a fast paced team environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Experience in the transportation industry
