In-House Legal / Family Office / Private Equity
We’re working with a privately held family office / private equity firm to hire a Corporate Counsel to support a portfolio of operating companies across tech, e-commerce, and real estate.
This is an in-house, business-facing role for an attorney with solid experience in commercial contracts, corporate matters, and day-to-day legal ownership. You’ll work closely with operators and leadership, handling real issues as they arise - not reviewing in isolation.
It’s best suited for someone who’s ready to hit the ground running. This isn’t a slow-ramp or training role, but it does offer meaningful exposure, autonomy, and the chance to be embedded in how businesses actually operate.
