This role is phone-based, high-activity, and team-oriented. It’s best suited for someone who’s competitive, coachable, and motivated by measurable growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • 50–100 outbound calls per day
  • Speaking with individuals actively exploring health insurance
  • Following a structured, proven sales process
  • Tracking performance and improving week over week


Full-time, on-site in downtown Chicago (Willis Tower).


Compensation

  • $20/hour base
  • $1/hour raise after first performance milestone
  • Monthly bonuses averaging $1,000–$3,000
  • First-year earnings typically $55K–$75K
  • Top performers exceed $100K
