What You’ll Be Doing
- 50–100 outbound calls per day
- Speaking with individuals actively exploring health insurance
- Following a structured, proven sales process

Full-time, on-site in downtown Chicago (Willis Tower).
Compensation
- $20/hour base
- $1/hour raise after first performance milestone
- Monthly bonuses averaging $1,000–$3,000
- First-year earnings typically $55K–$75K
- Top performers exceed $100K
