Job Overview
Next Step Behavioral Health is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bilingual Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and billing needs of our growing therapy agency. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, efficient, and comfortable managing spreadsheets, therapist billing, and communication with county service coordinators.
The ideal candidate must be able to work in person in our Allentown, PA office and have strong organizational and follow-through skills.
Responsibilities
- Complete weekly billing for all agency therapists
- Ensure therapist billing is submitted by Wednesday mornings
- Submit weekly county billing in the system by Fridays at 5:00 PM
- Communicate with county service coordinators to resolve billing errors and discrepancies
- Maintain accurate, timely, and updated records across all agency spreadsheets and administrative tracking systems
- Organize and manage agency files and documentation
- Support administrative operations as needed to ensure smooth office workflow
Qualifications
- Prior administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Drive required
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- Associate's degree preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, professional, and comfortable handling confidential information
Schedule
- Part-Time

Pay
- $17.00 per hour
