About the Company
Next Robot is a FoodTech company specializing in commercial kitchen automation solutions for institutional and enterprise customers. Our products are currently deployed across multiple foodservice environments in North America, supporting operational efficiency and consistency.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager to support business development efforts across institutional and enterprise accounts. This role focuses on managing the full sales cycle, coordinating in-person demonstrations, and supporting long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales opportunities within institutional and enterprise customer segments
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations at the Walnut demo center
- Work with internal teams to prepare proposals, pricing, and contract documentation
- Support pilot programs and assist in scaling deployments with existing customers
- Participate in regular internal meetings to align on sales progress and customer feedback
Qualifications
- Prior experience in foodservice, commercial kitchen equipment, or hospitality technology
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multi-stage sales processes and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Experience working with institutional customers (e.g., healthcare, education, contract foodservice)
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not required
