Role Description
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties. You will conduct property showings, provide market insights, develop and maintain client relationships, and negotiate on behalf of clients. Utilizing your expertise in real estate, you will ensure a smooth transaction process and deliver excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License
- In-depth knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in managing time effectively and working independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with the Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, and Kings counties real estate markets is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in real estate or sales are a plus
