What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Bartender position at Next Morning Company?
Harvest Kitchen Bar is looking for a reliable, energetic, and personable bartender to join our team on weekends. We are looking for someone who can provide great customer service, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Experience with cocktails, beer, wine, and restaurant service is preferred.
Schedule
Weekend availability is required.
- Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Sundays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Verify IDs and follow alcohol service laws
- Restock bar inventory and supplies
- Accurately handle cash and POS transactions
- Work as a team with servers and management during busy shifts
Requirements
- Bartending experience preferred
- BASSET certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently during busy hours
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be 21 years old
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Pay
$9.40 per hour tips
