- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently while keeping track of tabs and sales.
- Support the team during busy hours by multitasking between serving drinks, taking food orders.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS system Toast is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously without compromising service quality.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices within the food industry.
- Experience in retail math or basic math skills to accurately handle cash transactions and sales calculations.
- Background in hospitality or food service roles that involve serving guests in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as required by the hospitality industry.
