As we continue to grow, we’re looking for energetic, dependable, and food-loving individuals to join our Front of House (FOH) team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every guest enthusiastically with eye contact and a smile
• Take guest orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly
• Collect payment and handle transactions with care
• Deliver food and beverages, confirming order numbers and items with guests
• Prepare and serve shakes and beverages to guest specifications
• Educate guests about our plant-based menu, specials, and promotions
• Address guest questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Support in-store promotions and new product rollouts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary front-of-house environment
• Perform daily cleaning and restocking duties (tables, beverage stations, counters, etc.)
• Collaborate with BOH team members to ensure smooth, efficient service

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Front of House, Cashier, Server, or Guest Service role preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for hospitality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working around common allergens (soy, nuts, gluten, etc.)
