Duties
- Assist in prepping the area for install
- Driving company trucks and hauling trailers
- Operate hand tools, power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently for installing storm shelters and safe rooms
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for material handling and site setup and clean up
- Install rebar, perform concrete forming, mixing, pouring, and finishing to create durable foundations and structures
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites and operate heavy machinery responsibly
Qualifications
- Experience working on construction sites with familiarity in concrete work
- Mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment operation
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, use of jack hammer and working in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of construction is a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience driving utility trucks and dump trucks hauling trailers
- Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills
- Prior experience with heavy equipment operation a plus but not mandatory

Pay: $200.00 - $250.00 per day
