Job Description
This lead position will be as follows, but not limited to:
- Learn all machinery and fill in as needed to meet OTD.
- Learn shipping and receiving and fill in as needed.
- Learn Warehousing and Inventory control.
- Work closely with the Manufacturing Director to meet and achieve internal and external goals.
- Continuous improvement.
- Work with shop associates to promote workflow, problem-solving, quality standards, and safety.
