Bakehouse company located in Cudahy is seeking a 2nd shift mixer operator. Position Summary: Prepares dough, follows product recipe specifications and ensures accuracy for ingredients required. Also responsible for reporting any dough issues to the production supervisor and keeps the mixing area clean. Will restock hand add ingredients as needed and fills mixer sheet correctly.Hours are Monday-Friday 3 PM-11 PMDuties and Responsibilities:Observe company’s safety requirements all the time. Startup shift - Get hand adds utensils needed, mixer sheets Accurately record batch IDs Record lot codes on mixer sheets Verifies mixer sheet and recipe from Recipe Book and immediately reports any discrepancies to supervisor Adds ingredients to mixes as needed per the recipe. Mixes doughs accurately and completely. Completes all mixer sheets. Put all liquid hand adds in appropriately tagged buckets. Notify shipping to supply pallets of ingredients needed throughout the day. Communicates with next shift mixer Keeps area under mixer bowls clean at all times.
