Duties
- Respond promptly to security incidents, utilizing conflict management techniques and law enforcement protocols as needed.
- Manage access control procedures for personnel and visitors, verifying identities and authorizations efficiently.
- Perform regular patrols of the facility’s perimeter and interior to identify vulnerabilities or suspicious activity.
- Maintain detailed incident reports, and shift logs for accountability and review.
Experience
- Proven experience in armed security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields demonstrating advanced security capabilities.
- Familiarity with first aid procedures, CPR certification, AED operation, and emergency response protocols.
- Experience with conflict management strategies and de-escalation techniques in high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of legal regulations related to security operations, including performing background checks and loss prevention practices.
- Prior exposure to tactical equipment such as Tasers or other non-lethal weapons is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
