Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough searches and manual handling procedures to ensure no prohibited items are brought into the venue.
- Respond promptly to incidents involving crowd control, conflicts, or emergencies, applying conflict management techniques as needed.
- Enforce loss prevention strategies by observing suspicious activity and preventing theft or vandalism.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies to maintain order and safety.
Qualifications
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure in high-stress situations.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and security protocols relevant to large-scale events.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
